A customer-designed system from Vispect is used as the computing platform to detect the breaking and entwining of cotton threads on textile machine. Considering the threads are very thin and the textile machine shakes when working, this Vispect system uses global shutter cameras to keep the image clear, and ISP of the CMOS has been adjusted to meet the lights of the working environment. This system comes with 12Tops AI computing capacity to satisfy the detection needs.
